Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Soldiers of God Clothing. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.

Processing Time

All items are made and prepared for shipment after you place your order. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, promotions), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time (After It Ships)

Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:

  • United States (Standard): 3–7 business days

  • United States (Express, if offered): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $99 (when shown on the site/at checkout).

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the reshipment cost.

If you notice a mistake, contact us ASAP at soldiersofgodchristianapparel@gmail.com. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is in production or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it:

  • Check with neighbors/building management

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at soldiersofgodchristianapparel@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging

We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or solution.

Wrong Item / Missing Item

If you received the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to: [United States / United States + International].
If international shipping is available, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
